Our lot is at 3910 Lark Drive, which is not a through street, has little traffic and is 32' wide. Retama Village is a big-rig friendly community with extra large lots and wide streets. The lot is 40' x 80', easy back in on concrete pad 26' x 65', rig will face south so you will have lots of shade from your rig and the coach house (the coach house is not available for use).

Monthly rental rate covers water, sewer, garbage pick up and landscape maintenance. You will be responsible for the electricity you use.

Retama Village is a 55+, gated community. Amenities of the community will all be available to you...community clubhouse with indoor and outdoor kitchen, billiards room, library, three heated pools (lap, social,spa), fitness center and craft center, with woodworking shop next door at Bentsen Palm.
