This luxurious RV lot is located on Lark Drive.  Lark Drive is not a through street, so there is little traffic.  This is  a big-rig friendly community with large lots and wide streets.  Lark Drive is 32' wide (curb to curb) to allow easy back-in.  The Retama Village clubhouse is a short walk or bike ride to or from this lot.

The RV site is 40'x80' with ample parking for an RV and two vehicles with patio space on concrete nestled in the lush, maintenance-free landscaping.  The front motor home windows will face south and 5th wheel living area windows will face north.  A coach house is built on the back corner of the lot but is unfinished and unavailable for use at this time.

Monthly rental rate includes water, sewer, garbage and landscape maintenance. The rental rate does not include electricity; tenants will pay for their electric use.   Sorry, but there are no weekly rates.
