Site size is 40' x 80' and is oriented North/South.  The RV is on the west side of the lot, so there is shaded seating any time of the day.  Motorhome front windows will face North.  5th wheel rear living windows will face south and overlook the Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort.  There is no RV immediately behind the lot.

This lot has a very nice tan tile-design epoxy coating on all concrete surfaces. Besides looking great, this makes it very easy to sweep or blow off the patio. There is ample space for 2 vehicles and the largest RV with space left over for lots of patio seating.

The Coach House on this lot has double French doors in the front, and a single door at the side. It is unfinished but is wired for electric. There will be a stacked washer/dryer installed as soon as I get back to the Valley in December 2010 - the combo is in the coach house but not hooked up. There are outlets inside the Coach House, outside on the walls, a receptacle in the center planting island, and a porch light on the Coach House. There are Dish Network satellite dishes  pre-mounted on the rear of the Coach House (for locals and regular service). Use of the Coach House is included in the lot price.

Lark Drive is not a through lane, so there is little traffic.  Lark Drive is a 32' wide (curb to curb) street to allow easy back-in.
