The RV site is 40'x80' with ample parking for an RV and two vehicles and patio space on concrete nestled in the lush, maintenance-free landscaping.  The front motor home windows will face north, 5th wheel living windows will face south and overlook the Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort.  All RV types will have their entry door away from the afternoon sun.  There is no RV immediately behind the lot making this a quiet and relaxing site.

The finished Coach House is 12'x20' and includes a kitchenette with microwave and full size fridge with ice maker.  Bathroom includes a corner shower, sink, toilet, washer/dryer.  The living area is 10'x12' with ample storage for the "toys" and includes a ceiling fan, wall-mounted air conditioner, wardrobe with plenty of storage.  The French Doors on the building's front and a standard entry door on the side facing the RV allow easy access to the patio areas.

This RV Site may be leased WITH or WITHOUT use of the Coach House.  Rental rate includes water, sewer, garbage in monthly rental.

A security deposit of $250.00 is required to confirm your reservation.  The rate includes water, garbage and landscape maintenance.  Does not include electricity - tenants will be responsible for their own electric use.  Cable TV, cable Internet and phone hookups are available at each site, if you wish to pay for these services.  Sorry, there are no weekly rates.
