4008 Mallard is a 40x80 RV site with ample parking and “bird friendly landscaping”.  There is an outdoor patio area with a large propane grill and table for six guests.  Directly behind the RV site and patio area is a Retama Green Area with grass and various native tree species that attract a variety of birds and butterflies.

The Coach House is an additional outdoor living area.  Part of the Coach House is a screened porch with a private three person hot-tub for some relaxing and therapeutic soaking moments.  The main portion of the Coach House is finished with full bathroom and shower; a kitchen with prep area, bar sink, cabinets, and ice-maker; a full size capacity washer and dryer; and an 18 cubic ft. refrigerator for all the extra drinks and food.
