The coach house on this lot is available for use by the tenant. The self contained coach house is equipped with:  King size Murphy bed, plenty of storage, Kitchen Counter & desk area, Refrigerator/freezer and Microwave Oven, and a full bathroom. There is a ceiling fan and in wall air conditioner/heat pump.  There are French Doors on the buildings’ front and sliding glass doors facing the RV for easy access to the patio area.

Rental rate includes water, sewer, garbage and landscape maintenance. Tenants will be responsible for their own electric use.  Cable TV, cable Internet and phone hookups are available at each site if you wish to pay for these services.

Rental requires a $450.00 deposit.
