RETAMA VILLAGE is a gated, adult community of RV owners who enjoy being in a friendly, exclusive resort.  The Lot Size is 40' x 80' facing West with the coach being on the south side.  The lot is shaded throughout the day on either the South Side of the Coach House behind the RV or in front of the Coach House next to the RV - without the RV awning being extended.  The open fields behind the lot provide quiet privacy and unlimited views.

Motorhomes will face the beautiful western sunsets and 5th-wheels will look out rear living room windows at open fields as the sun rises.

Osprey Lane is not a through-street so there is very little traffic & a width of 32' (curb to curb) allows for easy back-ins.  There is ample space for the largest RV or 5th-wheel and 2 other vehicles.

Included in the monthly rent is the use of the 12' x 20' Coach House (finished only with a toilet & deep sink) along with water, sewer, garbage pick-up, and landscape maintenance.
