Monthly pricing and availability for all lots is in the table below. For further information on a particular lot click on the street address in the table.  Contact information is on the individual lot page.

For the 2010 - 2011 season the minimum reservation during the November through April period is four (4) months. During that 6 month period you must rent at least four of the months - you can choose any of the months. Monthly rentals are available at all other times, or on the "unused" 6-month block of time. After December 1, 2010 monthly reservations may be made on any available lots.

All lots require a minimum of a $250 reservation deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is NON Refundable. It will be converted to a security deposit at occupancy. Some lots may require additional security deposits beyond the $250.

A 6/6 ("six and six") rental secures the lot for your exclusive use for a year. You may occupy the lot for any six months during that period, and leave items in the Coach House year round.

All lots are exclusive of electric - you pay your own electric directly to the lot owner. Electric rates will vary among the lots, depending on individual owner contracts with the electric company but will range from .12-.18 cents a kilowatt hour.
